Daraz Bangladesh NotunBazar Hub

কালেকশন পয়েন্ট এর অবস্থা খুবই খারাপ! তেমন লোকও থাকে না। যারা প্রথমবার যাবেন তারা বুঝে শুনে যাবেন।

I don't understand what's wrong with Daraz and their collection point. I mean, how much more would it really cost them to put a really big sign infront of the building that says 'Hey ya'll, here's the Daraz collection point. This way! " Why can't you do that mate!

Actually first time ordered in this specific hub.
It was maybe the most big hub out of many that I've seen yet.
(The one at Mirpur 10 can be similar though)

Anyway, I've 12 parcel and received smoothly and quickly.
I visited at early afternoon and it was totally free (which was obviously good for me)

When campaign like 11.11 or other campaign start there is lot of crowd. Other times the crowd is less.

You won't find any signboard while looking for it. They need to upgrade their warehouse product placement system. They take too much time to find a product. Besides I Found a load of oil spillovers on the entrance floor while picking my product from them. No cleanliness is being maintained there. I hope Daraz will overcome this situation.
But it seems they are trying their best. At least it is an honest collection point. You can trust them.

Highly crowded, totally not organized as a collection point. Going to the location is easy but finding the collection center is not.

Place is good well organised but sign in and sign out formalities sometimes will bother you and delivery counter might be kepp you in wait for few miniutes.

I will give five start for this specific hub.

Daraz collection point in Notun bazar.really organized, no bad experience yet. Dazar pick up point allows you to receive your product from there with a little amount of cost, nearly 5-10 tk per product, also the delivery is much faster.overall I am a satisfied customer.

Not the best pickup locations, but yeah, definitely useful when you want to cut down the delivery cost

If you're living natunbazar, badda, baridhara J block then it could be a good pickup point for you. But the location is little bit confusing.
Ask the security guard, it wil be helpful.

The collection point is pretty convenient and cost saver for you, if you don't want home delivery. They're fast there too.

This is the collection point/delivery hub of Daraz in Notun Bazar. Anyone can self collect their parcels from here.

The satisfaction is OKey but need more specific in addressing. The Antique Tower must be added in their location.

This is the delivery and distribution point of Daraz. From here anyone can collect their ordered goods. This is also the product return point. People are very cooperative on the delivery desks.

সবাই যথেষ্ট হেল্পফুল। বিশেষ করে ডেলিভারীর দুই আপুকে ধন্যবাদ না দিলে অকৃতজ্ঞ মনে হবে। আমার একটা প্রোডাক্ট ডেলিভারী নিতে গিয়ে বুঝতে পারি আমি নতুনবাজার নুরেরচালার পরিবর্তে ভুলে কালাচাদপুর ঠিকানা সিলেক্ট করেছিলাম।
আপু বললেন যদি কালাচাদপুরে যেতে প্রব্লেম হয় তবে একটা দিন সময় দিলে উনি আনানোর ব্যবস্থার ট্রাই করবেন।
পরদিন দুপুরে ঠিকই এনে ফোনে কল দিলেন। অফিস শেষে বের হতে দেরী হওয়ায় সন্ধ্যা ৬টায় আবার কল দিয়ে আমি ডেলিভারী নিতে আসবো কিনা জানতে চান। আমি পথিমধ্যেই ছিলাম শুনে উনারা অফিস ক্লোজ হওয়ার পরেও প্রোডাক্ট হাতে নিয়ে সাড়ে ছটা অব্দি বাইরে দাঁড়িয়ে ছিলেন।

Service is worst. Bed sheet is too old with some holes. Pillow covers are also dirty and old. I won't suggest anyone.

It was really a difficult ask to find them. In map, it showing showing somewhere in baridhara J block, that means beside American Centre. I was spinning around there for a long time, asked many people about the location with house number. None know the house number not even Antique Plaza. I reached almost nurer Chala in searching Antique Plaza but no luck. When I was returning to home I saw the building. It's very easy to get there if you go from Bashtola.
From Bashtola Cambrium school, go straight for 2,3 minute walking and in right hand side you'll see the antique plaza

Had to wait a little bit time for taking the delivery of the products. But overall it's a good place and service is satisfactory
