Last Saturday, I have to wait almost 15-20 minutes for someone responsible! After that I have to call him from another desk where he was busy with gossiping! Disgusting experience.
But last Monday, someone else was present at that desk where customer get delivery from hub.

Their stuff are so helpful and polite. Also a hassle free hub to collect products from daraz marketplace.

Went to receive a product there. The women sitting there was impolite and rude. No greetings at all. After receiving product i thanked her but she makes a her face as she doesn’t care.

Friendly and professional behavior, thanks to the customer handling department. Note: center remains open in the weekend but product delivery days Saturday to Thursday.

Very good place, you can take and return your products that place.when you return your product or products you must take your complained copy or your returned submitted phone.you must take a picture your return from for future need. Hub Employees behaviour is very good and Very professional.

Hub Employees behaviour is very good and Very professional. After delivered product, their are not satisfactory. One day I visited this place for return (feck items) a product and stayed here 10: 00AM to 10: 20AM for not arability of their received person. Also not have a setting place to stay here. Their security man also not give me the actual status, when the received person will come.

Best amongst the hubs of Daraz available in and around Dhanmondi area. It's also easy to find car parking outside and if no parking space is available outside then they also let you park inside if you request to park about 5 minutes, i.e. The time required to lick up your package. Pickup point is on the 1st floor, on the left side after going up the stairs.

Good service. Customer service behavior is not up to the mark. Expect bad behavior and unprofessionalism

The place good. The personnel are very cooperative. The location is very easy to find out and have a parking space.
