I have received their service once. They provide quick and accurate courier service which is quite helpful particularly when you are in such a remote place like Rangpur City. I am pleased with their service.
Service are good. The people run this business try lot to keep happy his customers.
Bitter, actually, worst experience earned when I sent a percel package from their Farmgate office with my certificates and educational papers. They simply lost it! I complained to their customar centre by phone. They took my receipt number, but didn't give any feedback later. Poor customar service and low consistent office management system.
