এই কুরিয়ারের মাধ্যমে ঢাকার বারিধারা, বসুন্ধরা এবং দক্ষিণ বনশ্রীতে তিনটি বই পাঠাই নিকেতন, গুলশান-১ হতে। বারিধারারটা পৌঁছাতে সময় লেগেছে ৫দিন। অথচ বিষয়টা ছিল খুবই জরুরী। আর বসুন্ধরা, দক্ষিণ বনশ্রীরটা আজ ৮দিনেও পৌঁছেনি!
এমন দায়িত্বহীন, অপেশাদারি প্রতিষ্ঠানটি অচিরেই বন্ধ করে দেয়া উচিৎ।

Service is average but it is second largest courier service provider in Bangladesh. I received there service for several time. I prefer their service to send light products like letter and other paper made parcel. I would recommend them to increase the number of their delivery poin. There also some negative comments with staff behaviour.
