Nice Tower, lift system is good.but the building authority did not check to repair the floors in every year.

Its still tallest building in Bangladesh. Some time seems risky building. The lift facilities available here. I visited here for security house of capital market called Moshihor security.

For my business ventures, I need to visit motijheel frequently. As I drive my car myself I was worried whether 8 would get available and secured parking space. Then one of my colleagues suggested about City Center. I find the parking areas are well organised, never find it difficult to fund a space, ticketing system is well developed and also parking cost is quite reasonable (1st hour 20 taka, for next hour each 10 taka).

When I came to motijheel, Ialways tell my location to my friends & collegues that please come to city center. Its a tall building. So, people find very easily.
