ব্র্যাক একটি আন্তর্জাতিক দাতব্য সংস্থা। এটি বিশ্বের অন্যতম বৃহত্তম উন্নয়নমূলক সংস্থা। বাংলাদেশের স্বাধীনতার পর ১৯৭২ সালে স্যার ফজলে হাসান আবেদ এই সংস্থাটি প্রতিষ্ঠা করেন।

ফজলে হাসান আবেদ ১৯৩৬ সালের ২৭ এপ্রিল সিলেটের হবিগঞ্জের বানিয়াচং গ্রামে জন্মগ্রহণ করেন। তিনি লন্ডনে অ্যাকাউন্টিং বিষয়ে পড়ালেখা করেন। ১৯৬২ সালে কস্ট ম্যানেজমেন্ট অ্যাকাউন্ট্যান্ট হিসেবে উত্তীর্ণ হন। পাকিস্তান শেল অয়েল কোম্পানিতে সিনিয়র করপোরেট এক্সিকিউটিভ পদে কর্মরত থাকাকালে ১৯৭০ সালের প্রলয়ঙ্করী ঘূর্ণিঝড় এবং একাত্তরের মুক্তিযুদ্ধ তার জীবনের মোড় সম্পূর্ণরূপে পরিবর্তন করে দেয়।

মুক্তিযুদ্ধের সময় তিনি চাকরি ছেড়ে লন্ডনে চলে যান। সেখানে তিনি মুক্তিযুদ্ধের সমর্থনে ‘অ্যাকশন বাংলাদেশ’ এবং ‘হেলপ বাংলাদেশ’ নামে দুটি সংগঠন প্রতিষ্ঠা করেন। বাংলাদেশ স্বাধীন হওয়ার পরপর ১৯৭২ সালে স্যার ফজলে দেশে ফেরেন। যুদ্ধবিধ্বস্ত দেশে ভারত-প্রত্যাগত শরণার্থীদের জরুরি ত্রাণ ও পুনর্বাসন কাজে আত্মনিয়োগ করেন। এ লক্ষ্যে তিনি ব্র্যাক প্রতিষ্ঠা করে সুনামগঞ্জের প্রত্যন্ত শাল্লা এলাকায় ফিরে আসা শরণার্থীদের নিয়ে আর্থসামাজিক উন্নয়ন কার্যক্রম শুরু করেন।

স্যার ফজলে ২০১০ সালে ব্রিটেনের রানী প্রদত্ত নাইটহুড মর্যাদা লাভ করেন। ২০১০ সালে জাতিসংঘ মহাসচিব কর্তৃক স্বল্পোন্নত দেশসমূহের উন্নয়নের লক্ষ্যে প্রখ্যাত ব্যক্তিদের নিয়ে গঠিত পরামর্শদাতা দলের সদস্য হিসেবে অন্তর্ভুক্ত হন। ২০১৪ ও ২০১৭ সালে ফরচুন ম্যাগাজিন কর্তৃক স্যার ফজলে বিশ্বের শীর্ষ প্রভাবশালী ৫০ জন ব্যক্তিত্বের অন্যতম হিসেবে উল্লেখিত হন। স্যার ফজলে ২০১৯ সালে নেদারল্যান্ডের রাজা কর্তৃক নাইটহুড উপাধিতে ভূষিত হন।

One of the largest NGO in world founded by late sir Fazle Hasan Abed. Brac center is the corporate office of BRAC. It is a multi storied building or corporate house, situated in Gulshan 1 and in between gulshan 1 circle and mohakhali bus stand. The place is well faciliated, fully paved and there is wheel chair accessible advantage.

A well maintained centre to hold different programs. Not a good place to hold marriage, birthday or Sunnat-e-Khatna ceremonies.

BRAC Center is located on the Bir Uttam AK Khandakar Road in Mohakhali, Dhaka. It has quality conference facilities and situated on the heart of Dhaka. You can organize conferences, gatherings and exhibitions in this place. It is very easy to locate. From Mahakhali Amtoli you need to go to towards Gulshan 1 circle and after crossing BRAC University, a bit ahead you will find BRAC Centre.

It's head office of BRAC which is world largest NGO and top listed four times in a row. It's twleve storied building. Everything are there like corporate office, hotel and restuarent, gym, convention centre. It's interior design is excellent and high security in entire building.

এটি একটি বেসরকারি সংস্থা। সিলেটের শাল্লায় যুদ্ধ-বিধ্বস্ত জনপদের মানুষের জন্য ত্রাণ সহায়তা দিতে কাজ শুরু করেন ফজলে হাসান আবেদ পরবর্তীতে তার দিয়ে সহায়তার বদলে হাতদেন দরিদ্রদের স্বাবলম্বী করে তোলার কাজে। তার হাতে গড়া এখন বিশ্বের সবচেয়ে বড় এনজিওগুলোর একটি। সফলতার সাথে কাজ করেছেন ক্ষুদ্রঋণ শিক্ষা-স্বাস্থ্য নারীর ক্ষমতায়ন এবং বাল্যবিবাহ রোধ সহ নানা বিষয়ে।

This is the place of honouring guests at a time with coffe tea or others fastfoods. Food quality good but condition should more clean. Server should keep more gentle, skim price is ok but expensive also. The place is appropriate or available to buy something skims like the kids or someone special. There is a wheelchair access, good vehicle parking scopes, better public transportation, comfortable system for getting conference. Availability of products and desires service like health issue is also another charming fact.
