Sunday 10.00am to 4.00pm
Monday 9.00am to 3.30pm
and rest of the week 9.00am to 3.30pm
Based on that today i am in this Branch at 9.40am and asked one official who told me Bank will open at 10.00 please come 10.00am, i informed him website shows 9.00am to 3.30pm he replied its is wrong. I am also a private service holder my office also start from 9.00am how i will manage my office. Please put right information in website. Thanks
Been there this morning.was served by Khadeza akther at the desk, she was so efficient, calm and gentle to solve our issues. It was bit complicated process to reactivate account but she had us guided throughout the process. Excellent work and appreciate the effort
Very bad customer service. Their employees are not friendly with the customer. I am a brac bank account holder from another branch but they didn't help me properly. I never face this kind of bad service from others branches.
Authority should take some step to make this branch helpful for customers.
