Cash deposit line for account holders are not maintained today. I had to stand in line for one hour to deposit money in my account in account holders line. They served 2persons of non account holders just before me despite we 4 account holders were in line at that time. I wanted to talk with branch manager, but he was not available in his room. Insident was around 2pm.

Very bad service. BRAC bank is a popular bank of Bangladesh but the service of Kawran Branch is very low. All employees are busy to complete their personal target. They've no headache about customer's good service.

It's a weird city because the uglier the weather, the more beautiful the city. And the uglier the buildings, the more coherent the city.

One of the most slow services I have been ever seen in this brac bank, they are to lazy, I am waiting for an hour to collect a statement.

Worst customer service ever. They dont even have a fixed photocopy machine and you gotta walk all the way to farmgate to do a 1 pg photocopy. Really poor service
