4A relatively small branch, located in Tapa Complex, adjacent to the Bijoy Nagar water tank. Previously, there was a cash deposit machine inside the branch, which does not exist now. The staff are cooperative. Sometimes, the branch can be extremely crowded, especially at the beginning of the weekdays. Just opposite the branch, there is a BRAC Bank atm booth along with a cash deposit machine.

Service is bad. Not enough person for services.
And accounts pay cheque must wait in line for deposit this worst idea ever. 7 counters and they doing service only 3 counter. One for not account holder and others 2 counters non account holder.worst BRAC BANK BRANCH service i think so. And you see that account holder line is almost empty and non account holder is long line. And someone come no 4 counters is now running.
