'ওয়াইড ভ্যারাইটি অব বুকস' এর পরিমাণ বছরের পর বছর বাড়ার বদলে কমেছে, কমছে, মানুষ বই পড়ার পরিবর্তে 'বই পড়ছি' মার্কা অ্যাসথেটিক ক্যান্ডিড তুলতে, ডেইট করতে, শান্তিতে দুদন্ড সময় কাটাতে বেশি যান।

আমার মনে হয়, কী ধরনের বই রাখা উচিত, মানুষকে পড়তে উৎসাহিত করা উচিত, কীভাবে প্রমোশন করা উচিত, এসবে আর বেঙ্গল বুকের ঝোঁক নেই।

ঝোঁক শুধু কফি, সিঙ্গাড়া, আর আলুর চপ বিক্রির দিকে। কষ্ট হয়।

তবুও যানবাহনের শব্দকে ছাপিয়ে যখন কোনো ঝড়ের দিনে সবুজেরা আওয়াজ তোলে, বাচ্চারা বই নিয়ে ছুটোছুটি করে, বইগুলো সুন্দর সাজানো তাক থেকে পাঠকের হাতে নামে; ভালো লাগে, বড্ড ভালো লাগে।

The book store is relocated to upper floor Level-2. Beautifully spaced and shelved now. I can move around to view the books very comfortably. Great ambience for any book lovers. Then you have very tasty snacks, tea & coffee downstairs (obviously to take note- tea time starts after 3: 45 p.m.)

Services should have been longer in night. People interested in Bengal Book are the people who stays up long nights.

Very good collection of books. And well organized. Vibrant place.
If you are looking for breakfast, go early to avail all the items. Some items might be missing later. Even milk tea was not available. Only masala tea.

বই পড়ার জন্যে খুবই ভালো জায়গা কিন্তু দুপুরের দিকে যাওয়ায় এবং ঐদিন খুব গরম পড়ায় এসি বন্ধ থাকায় ঝামেলায় কষ্ট হয়েছে আর ভেতরে বসে পড়ার জায়গা কম বললেই চলে কিন্তু অবশ্যই এখানে গেলে মন ভালো হয়ে যায়

Definitely a great place for the bookworms. One of the best places in Dhaka city for reading books and spending some time in solitude. There is a huge collections of books and both the indoor and outdoor environment is peaceful. Even you can take your kid to introduce them with the variety of books to open up their mind.

Apparently a book shop. Though they wrapped most of the new books in plastic! Totally Disappointing. The overall ambience is great and definitely a cozy place. Moreover, they serve excellent snacks and coffee.

A must visit place for all bookworms. You will have a huge collection of books of all categories here. You can sit here all the evening and read whatever you want. This is the place for all the literature lovers in dhaka. You can also have some great Cha and Coffee here. The Koliza singara was also very good. We sat here for couple of hours, had some great moments with all old friends. Read some books also.

I always feel inner joy and peace visiting this place. Beautiful environment & Great place for book lovers.

It was nice to visit Bengal Boi, due to having restaurant need to improve the number of restroom and the cleanliness. Best wishes.

Very beautiful place in a small duplex area.
They have very modern system for sitting and their environment is very calm to pass time by reading books. They have huge collection and varieties.
Their corner places are too much photogenic and they have a great collection of snacks and coffee. But their security system is too much rude than needs. BUT staffs are great.
Overall loveable.

Loved the place. All kind of books are available here except academics. All arrangement are awesome. You can read book in touch with nature as well as with coffee or tea. A food Court also available in the upstairs. An exhibition hall also there just besides the food court. One of the best decorative learning station ever seen.

Was there with trays full of food and no seat was available, customer service was trash and the place was smelly.

One of the most beautiful places in Dhaka. My college"Mohammadapur Government College" is near from Bengal Boi. Me with my friends always enjoy a beautiful time, when we go to bengal boi. Literally, I go there to buy kishor alo and biggan chinta every month. Theirs coffees are very delicious. When we go there, we always took many photographs. It's really an amazing place. I love this place?

There was a very indecent and uncouth and unwelcoming guy with tattoos in his hand in the cash of your Café upstairs. Pls teach him some lessons how to deal and talk to customers. Perhaps that’s why he works as a wait-stuff.

A good place for a reader, কিন্তু ভাই রে ভাই এদের ব্যাবহার এতো বাজে। গার্ড এর ব্যাবহারে মনে হইলো পুরা দেশ ওদের দখলে আমরা ওদের চাকর বাকর টাইপ কেউ। রীতিমতন ধমক দিয়ে কথা বলে মানুষের সাথে। বেয়াদবি না করলে এটা আসলেই বারবার যাবার মতন একটা জায়গা।

It is one of the most favourite places in Dhaka. The smells of books make me happy all the time. It is also a very good place to hangout with your friends.

A very very beautiful place. Almost a readers heaven. I wish they had more variety of books. A good place to chill and read. They serve food for a very limited time. We missed breakfast by 10 min.

Most people don’t really go here to actually read books but hangout with their friends. This used to be a nice hangout place but it has become overly crowded and you can rarely find a place to sit. Also, depending on what you’re looking for, many families come here with their kids.

And if you’re wanting to read the books, you should sit inside. There are some art exhibitions which take place here.
