I order some product from china they delivers in just 5 days! Awesome service fast customer response.
Their service was good last year but this year their service is horrible. I had a shipment on Januray 28,2021, still I have not received that parcel. They are saying I will receive it for last 3 weeks (today is 03-04-2021) from now but still they have not delivered my parcel.
I ordered another package on March 08,2021, I was supposed to get that last week (today is 03-04-2021) as per their phone call confirmation but I haven't received yet. They are not keeping their words so I have no other option but to give 1* review.
I will change this rating if they can keep their commitment and I get my parcels.
