A commercial building with front entrance blocked by a gate, a weird arrangement. It's not easy to find unless you see the sign hidden on the side of the building

I visited Elegant Group head office which is very decent office. There are adequate securities are there and need entry pass for gone through. There are three lifts. Receptionists are very professional. IFIC Bank is also in this building. Elegant group has several business like RMG, knitting, properties and developer business. They have financial institution named Meridian Finance and a super shop named lavender.

Nice environment, fantastic facilities and a strong build. My office rents 3 floors there and has been doing business there more then 7 years.

Very nice, wonderful decoration, all automation system, RFID TYPES, speedy lift and highly security surroundings.

Its nice large clean office building. Good security system. Full of corporate environment. Large car parking with number of elevator. In front of road making sure good communication facilities. Wheelchair accessiblility & emergency fire exit ensures compliance corporate environment.

Nice building with working elevator which is decent size and fast. There are no parking available which is a problem so if you are coming in a car then get a driver because you will not find parking and even if you do then you might get finned by the police. Very good business center. Have cozy waiting lobby, washroom for ladies and gentlemen, information center, big parking lot. Wonderful place.

This building consists of many corporate offices such as bank, buying house, visa processing office etc.

This business centre have security protection and awesomely decorated.

Its very near of badda link road and hossain market. Here so many corporate HQ seated. Also some visa application activities are done here. Security is so tight and well decorated office indeed.

Its a big tower. Corporate offices are here. The building owner is Elegant Group. C&A Sourcing International Ltd. (Bangladesh Liaison Office) is in this building.

Great Place. I was there for my Visa of Italy. The place is very well decorated. And the security of this place is also High.

But one problem with this place to have a sit or take rest here.

As I was there to collect Visa. I had to go totally out of the place. And wait in another place. So this is very frustrating

Excellent tower containing multiple corporate offices. It has lifts as well as staircases to access the floors. The floors are adorned with modern amenities for offices. On the ground floor, there are several round shaped sofas which looks unique and very comfortable to sit on.

This is a high rise building under Elegant Group. Stuffs and security are very good. Some International offices like "Accord" and "C&A" are in this building.

Security is good. Seating arrangement available after security check. Visa Application center and Accord Bangladesh office is There.
