আজ আমার নোট 9s ফোনটি হঠাৎ করে পাওয়ার অন অফ হতে থাকে। ফোনটা নিয়ে আমি খুবই দুশ্চিন্তায় পড়ে যাই। পরবর্তীতে আমি xiaomi সার্ভিস সেন্টার চিটাগাং ব্রাঞ্চে চলে আসি তারা খুব আন্তরিকতার সাথে আমার ফোনটি রিসিভ করে এবং খুব দ্রুততার সাথে আমার ফোনের সমস্যার সমাধানটি করে দেয়। আমি তাদের সার্ভিস এবং ব্যবহারে খুবই সন্তুষ্ট।

রেডমি নোট ফোর ফোনে হেডফোন সাইনটা সবসময় থাকার কারণে আমি এই সার্ভিস সেন্টারে এসেছি। উনাদের সার্ভিস, ব্যবহার এবং আন্তরিকতা খুব লেগেছে। সব মিলিয়ে আমি অত্যন্ত সন্তুষ্ট।

খুব ভালো লেগেছে উনাদের আঞ্চলিক অভ্যর্থনা লিখাটা দেখে।

শাওমির বিক্রয় এবং বিক্রয় পরবর্তী সেবার মান অত্যন্ত ভালো।

আমি রেডমি নোট 6 প্রো মোবাইলের ব্যাটারি চেঞ্জ করতে গেলাম। লোকাল মার্কেট থেকে ডাবল দাম চাইল এবং সাথে কোন ওয়ারেন্টি বা গারেন্টি কিছু থাকবে না। এমনকি পেমেন্ট রেসিপিটা ও দিবে না।
অথোরাইজ সার্ভিস সেন্টার থেকে এমন সার্ভিস কাম্য নয়।
সার্ভিস ম্যানের ব্যবহার খুব খারাপ ছিল।

কাস্টোমার অনুযায়ী পর্যাপ্ত সার্ভিস প্রোভাইডার নেই, সময় নিয়ে যেতে হবে। এছাড়া ব্যাবহার খানিক কড়া, আরো আন্তরিক হওয়া প্রয়োজন।

Almost all of them had some problems, when i went to Xiaomi service center, ctg they didn’t fix my phone even i had warrentee

They will not fix your phone even you have warrentee. Either they will waste your time or they Will charge money for your phone even though you have garrentee

It was crowded. There is no ventilation so it's a risk for close contact with people who may have Corona.

সার্ভিসিং করে মোবাইল ভাল হবে ভাবছিলাম, এখন সমস্যা বেড়েছে বেশি।একটা সিম লাগাতে যদি তার হাত থেকে তিন তিনবার সিম পড়ে যায় তাদের হাতে এত দামি মোবাইল টা কিভাবে দিব? দিয়ে আমি এখন বিপদে

Nice service, they server the required service, at customer's own risk. But, they solve every problem.

I've visited this centre because my Redmi Note 5 pro has problem with its battery (battery is draining fast and sweeping too). They have changed it. And I know that the quality of the battery is great. It seems like I have a new phone again. Thanks ️

লোক গুলার ব্যবহার ঠিক নাই। কাস্টমার রেখে তারা ছবি তুলে টাইম মত শুরুও করেনা। তবে কাজ গুলা ঠিক মতন করে সার্ভিসিং ভালো।

Though my purpose to visit there was not done. I mean they were unable to fix my problem, but come on one can not fix every problems. Else there will be no need of God ().
There diagnosis of the problem was correct. I think pin pointing of a problem is not less then fixing up of a problem.
