Courier Service agency. They don't work simply. They sent me from one counter to another just to finish the process. Why don't they do their own?

It has to be like "Here's your Memo, pay & collect your parcel "

Sometimes the place is very crowdy. They has no waiting room for client. Even they have only two plastic stool for seat where whole day they are very busy to serve their client.

This branch is kinda difficult to find cause it's located inside a small gully. Staffs behavior is good.

It's a agent service. Overall it's good. If anyone have bigger parcel to receive or to send i recommend Halishohor Branch out side city.

কল দিলো আমার পার্সেল আসছে। বিকালে কল দেয়ায় বললাম আগামীকাল আসবো এবং জানতে চাইলাম আগামীকাল কখন থেকে খোলা থাকবে। বললো ১০ টা থেকে ৬ টা। পরের দিন ১০ টার একটু আগে গেলাম। ১০. ৩০ বেজে গেলেও খোলার নাম নেই। সেখানে লিখে রাখা এবং আগের দিন যেই নাম্বার থেকে কল আসছে সেগুলোতে কল দিলাম কিন্তু বন্ধ। সেখানে আমি ছাড়াও ২০ জনের মতো মানুষ দাঁড়ানো। অনেকেই কল দিয়ে ট্রাই করেছে কিন্তু বন্ধ। না পারতে এদের কাস্টমার কেয়ারে কল দিয়ে জানতে চাই যে এটা আজ খুলবে কিনা। তারা জানালো খোলা আছে। আমি জানালাম আমি সামনে দাঁড়ানো কিন্তু কেউ নেই। আরো অনেকেও দাঁড়ানো। এর ১৫ মিনিট পর লোক আসে। এসেই জানতে চায় কে কল দিয়েছিলো কাস্টমার কেয়ারে। বললাম আমি। এরপর শুরু হয় আমার সাথে খারাপ ব্যবহার করা। কেন কল দিয়েছি সেই জন্য। যেন আমি ফ্রী সার্ভিসের জন্য দাঁড়িয়ে আছি এরকম ব্যবহার। অনেক কাস্টমার যারা অপেক্ষায় ছিলো চলেও গিয়েছিলো এতো দেরিতে আসায় এবং তিনি নাকি নাম্বার বন্ধ করে রেখেছেন কারণ উনি অফিসে না থাকলে কারো কল আসুক এটা উনি চান না। উনার সময়ের মূল্য খুব বেশি মনে হলো অন্যদের না। এখান থেকে সময় মতো ভালো সার্ভিস পাবো সেই আশাও আর করি না। সুন্দরবন কুরিয়ার আর কখনোই ব্যবহার করবো না।

Now a days they are too rough to their service. They are taken Over charges now. They are not too care the product.

সন্ধ্যা ৭ টার দিকে গিয়েছিলাম সুন্দরবন এ কে খান ব্রাঞ্চে দুইবার, বলে পলি শেষ। এই নিয়ে এরকম দুইবার ফেরত আসা লাগসে:) পরে সিডিএ ১ নাম্বারের মুখে এস এ পরিবহন এ দিয়ে আসতে হইসে। তাও ভালো, আর্জেন্ট ডেলিভারি দেয় ১ দিনে। সুন্দরবনে ২-৪ দিন এমনকি ১৫ দিনও লাগাইসে।

Cheap price courier service. Always better than S. A Paribahan Parcel Service. I always use this service to sent or receive any parcel from different place. I think S. A paribahan always claim high price for any parcel or document.
