চট্টগ্রামের মধ্যে সবচাইতে বড় সুন্দরবন অফিস আগ্রাবাদ হোটেলের পাশে অবস্থিত এখানে সবসময় ভিড় লেগেই থাকে বলা যায় এদের সার্ভিস মোটামুটি ভালো প্রচুর গ্রাহক এখানে প্রতিদিন আসা-যাওয়া করে আদান প্রদান করে সব মিলিয়ে মোটামুটি ভালই অফিসটা আজিজ কোর্ট বিল্ডিং এর পাশে এখানের সার্ভিসগুলো মোটামুটি বলা যায়।

সুন্দরবন আগ্রবাদ শাখার কাটন বুকিং ও ডেলিভারী বুথএ যে সব staff আর আছে তারা সবাই খুবই আন্তরিক।তবে পলিব্যাগ (হলুদ পলি / সাদা পলি) বুকিং ও ডেলিভারী বুথ এ যে সব staff আছে এই গুলো সব অপদার্থ গুলোর জন্য সুন্দরবন এর ভবিষ্যত অন্ধকার দেখছি।

অসুস্থ অপরিস্কার পরিবেশ, এবং প্রতিটা কর্মী অভদ্র। একবারে তারা কিছু শোনেই না। কখনোই তারা ভাংতি টাকা দিতে চায় না, এমনকি ৮০ টাকা চার্জের জন্য ১০০ টাকা দিলে বলে ২০ টাকা ভাংতি নাই। প্রতিটা রশিদ কাটতে ১৫ মিনিট খরচ করে, এবং অবশ্যই যত্ন সহকারে প্রেরক-প্রাপকের নামের বানান দেখে দেখেও অশুদ্ধ লেখে। কমপ্লেইন শাখা এমন যায়গায় যেখানে প্রায় হামাগুরি দিয়ে ঢুকতে হয়। সম্পূর্ণ অফিসে বাতাস চলাচলের কোনো ঝামেলা নেই। দূর্বল ফুসফুসের কেউ ২০ মিনিট এখানে অবস্থান করলে অক্সিজেন মাস্কের প্রয়োজনীয়তা বোধ করবেন।
