Samsung Customer Service Center

The customer care center of Samsung is working well here. The employees know their job well. I'm a bit concerned about the time they take for repairing a mobile phone. I think they can try to reduce it.

Product accessories price too high.
Customer manager Mr. Emon is fully a corrupted employee. He always take high price on accessories not informing company decorum, doing it personally. In a word Mr. Emon is totally corrupted person.
They take much more time for mobile parts.

They are customer friendly. I went there to repair my samsung phone, but fortunately i got a replacement Facility.

Samsung customer service are helping those people whose phone is damage. There repair damage phone carefully.

Not aware of there duties. Almost they losted my phone. But the god sake i found it. Too much irresponsible.
