People who speak in call centers speak beautifully, but I am not very satisfied with the use of the internet on Graminphone. Also, their phone network is not good everywhere.

Didn't like the attitude. The service provider (male) was more interested in chatting with other staff (female) than providing quality service to the customer. He had little interest to what i was saying. There is too much sound because of the chit chat of the staffs. I would recommend gec customer center than this.

আগ্রাবাদে গ্রামীণফোন সেন্টার এর এই আউটলেটটি নতুন হয়েছে। ছোটখাটো পরিসরে আগ্রাবাদে আরো একটি আউটলেট হওয়াতে গ্রাহকদের জন্য সুবিধা হয়েছে। তবে এখানকার সকল কর্মীরা সঠিক সার্ভিস দিতে পারেনা, ফলে গ্রাহকদের হালকা অসুবিধা হয়। দুইজন ছাড়া বাকিদের কাছে গেলে সার্ভিস পেতে অনেক বেশি সময় লাগে। তারা গ্রাহক সামনে রেখে কথাবার্তা বলতে থাকেন এবং অপ্রয়োজনীয় কাজ করতে থাকেন। এটা গ্রাহকদের জন্য সত্যিই বিরক্তিকর। আমার মতে এখানে নতুন কর্মী দেয়া প্রয়োজন যাতে গ্রাহকরা দ্রুত সঠিক সার্ভিস পায়।

Grameenphone is the largest telecom company in Bangladesh but their service is much worse and more fragile than that. Their SIM call rates are very high and there is no network everywhere and their service centers are harassment arenas. It keeps people sitting for hours with tokens. Doesn't people have any urgent work?

আগে তাদের কাস্টমার সাপোর্ট সবসময় ভালো ছিলো। এখন আর তেমন নেই। কখনো ভালো। কখনো বাজে। যা অদক্ষ ম্যানেজারদের কারণে। গ্রামীণফোনের উচিত আরো ভালোভাবে প্রশিক্ষণ দিয়ে এদেরকে কাজ করতে পাঠানো। কেননা যখন সমস্যা সমাধান করতে না পেরে বরং সিমে সমস্যা আছে বলতে থাকে এবং বারবার কি সমস্যা আছে সেটা জিজ্ঞেস করলেও বলা যাবে না, কাস্টমার কেয়ারে আসতে হবে বলতে থাকে তখন মেজাজ খারাপই হয়। কেননা রাত দুইটায় তাদের কাস্টমার কেয়ার খোলা থাকে না আর ৩০ কিলোমিটারের বেশি পথ পাড়ি দিয়ে আসা কঠিন। এর থেকেও বেশি কঠিন যখন এসে জানতে পারি সিমে কোন সমস্যা নেই। একদম পারফেক্ট সিম। যদিও এসে সেই কলের রেকর্ড পর্যন্ত শুনাই যাতে সমস্যা কি ছিলো খুজে বের করতে পারে। কিন্তু পারে নাই। আমিও জানতাম পারবে না কিন্তু একজন অশিক্ষিত ম্যানেজার এর কারণেই এতো ভোগান্তি।
