6They messed up my contact info on the delivery package. Hence, it got delayed over a month. But they were very cooperative once contacted. I had to go to their GEC branch to pickup my shipment, which was disappointing. It was supposed to be delivered to my home address given. I had other deliveries via FedEx that were just fine.
