If there is an example of the worst customer care service in the world, thhn this is worse than that.
They have put a guy looking like Dipjol in the front desk, behaves like behaves like dipjol in old bangla movies. Talks in local Noakhailla dialect, Which is hard to understand and is very rude. Fights amongst the employees inside the office Infront of customers. Very bad behaviour.
They call it customer care. They behave like cashiers of government banks, no manners at all.
Who would have used teletalk if they had no good offers. Don't go to customer care without extreme emergency

I came here two days ago, my experience was quite good. The customer service was great, quick, most of the time helpful. They helped me with my problem as fast as possible. And everything ended in less than 15-20 minutes.

Best place to buy Teletalk sim. If you are a SSC passed student you can get a free sim. Visit there out late and bring NID and SSC certificate. Have a chance to get a free SIM or you have to pay 100tk instead. Agami and bornomala SIM are quite popular among students.

Third class service there is a female representative. She is not well trained and, doesn't know how to handle customer and behave is so rude. Another thing she is too much lazy

It was not crowded, as teletalk has less customers than other operators. I got quick service.

I deregistered my teletalk sim but still in *16001# the deregistered number showing.worst operator needs to be defunct

Worst place, it's so hot inside they have ac but those are dead. The service is not good too.

It's on the first floor of the building, the receptionist there are two in number, they are quite calm in handling any customer requests or complaints. It's well furnished, nicely decorated. Seating arrangement available a plenty.

It's Good Place and The road is clean and all time clear the traffic There are many restrurent in the road side

ঝামেলাহীন ভাবে কাজ করর দিলেন উনারা। ভালোই। আর এদের খুব প্লাস পয়েন্ট হলো এরা সাপ্তাহিক বন্ধের দিন শুক্রুবারেও খোলা থাকে যেইটা আমার জন্যে ভালো।

Customer care executive standard was not up to the mark.they don't know how to communicate with customer.really disgusting.for me they were just sitting there and ruining the fame of teletalk.
