Very cordial & caring service provider. My satisfication is ten content.
I went there in order to replace my sim. The guy who was there gave me a pleasent service. He was so modest and customer friend. I did have no hassle replacing my sim.
I went there for replacing my connection to upgrade to 4G. The customer manager seemed unprofessional. He checked my connection and ask 200 taka as normal replacement charge. But my connection was under charge free replacement offer. I told him about it and he replaced free of charge then. There is no seating inside. So one is to stand up for waiting for the service when all the counters are busy.
